Neil heads up the Commercial Property team at Birkwells drawing on his comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions including investment, acquisitions, development and planning.

Neil’s expertise also covers funding and disposals in all sectors of the commercial real estate market for real estate funds, developers and others.

Neil has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and in 1989 co-founded the first multinational partnership (MNP) in England and Wales with Per Troen, namely Abbott, King & Troen.
